Dried Soursop Leaves

Soursop leaves, derived from the Graviola (Annona muricata) tree, have been used in traditional medicine for their potential health benefits.

Rinse the dried leaves gently to remove any dust or impurities.

Add 3-8 dried soursop leaves to 2-3 cups of boiling water Reduce the heat and let the leaves simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Remove from heat, strain the tea into a cup.

Optional: Add honey or lemon for flavour if desired, and enjoy
