6. No Refunds or Returns

6.1 We take pride in offering high-quality, fresh, and perishable health products, including Sea Moss, herbs, herbal tinctures, and exotic fruits. Due to the perishable nature of these items, we have established a strict No Refund Policy to ensure product integrity and safety.

6.2 Exceptions

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at Support@revitalised.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect product or an incomplete order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will verify the issue and take appropriate action to rectify the mistake.

7. Cancellations

7.1 Order Cancellation

Given that our products are made to order to ensure freshness, we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been processed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@revitalised.com. Cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed.

8. Shipping Delays and Issues

Revitalised is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We ensure that all products are dispatched in a timely manner, but once handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is beyond our control.
