Iron Herbal Tea

Mixed Herbal Tea Infusion - Wild Harvested .

Burdock Root, Elderberries, Yellow dock Root & Nettle Leaf.

Measure : Use 1-2 tablespoons of the tea blend.

Boil the Water: Bring 3-4 cups of water to a boil in a pot.

Simmer the Tea: Add the tea blend to the boiling water. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer gently for 10-15 minutes to extract the nutrients and flavours from the herbs.

Strain: Remove the pot from heat and strain the tea through a fine mesh or cheesecloth to separate the liquid from the herbs.

Serve and Enjoy: Pour the tea into a cup. Optionally, add honey or lemon for flavour and enjoy warm.

Root herbs can be boiled 2-4 times before discarding. To maximise their benefits, continue boiling and using the herbs until the water runs clear.

Keep out of reach of children. This product is intended for adult use only.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid humidity, as moisture can cause mould and spoilage
