Herbal Tea Method:
Boil 2–4 pieces of dried Chaney Root in 3 cups of water for 20–30 minutes.

Soaking Method (Cold Brew)
Place a few small pieces of Chaney Root in a jar of room-temperature water.

Let it soak overnight (8–12 hours), then strain and sip throughout the day.
